Only stayed 6 nights, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this good standard and beautiful hotel. The location seemed marvellous and perfectly comfortable in historical centre.

It has great location in Merida as it's just off Paseo Montejo and Centro, and the congress venue.

The pool area was very nice and perfect for relaxing during our romantic escape. We loved the modern and clean room, the bed was comfortable and we had plenty of hot water for our showers. The hotel's location was key for us, as we were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards. We noticed some hairs in the bathroom and even found an item of clothing left behind by a previous guest.

We loved the modern and clean hotel facilities. The rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing, with a great air breeze and a small infinity pool. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful to us. The hotel's location, near the congress venue where we attended the conference, was very convenient.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, only a few steps from the congress venue where we attended the conference, and a short walk to the main square. The spacious room was clean and tidy, with enough space for our children. The gym and pool were excellent, and the DJ at the pool area provided an entertaining experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

The remote control for the TV was challenging to maneuver as the box was placed behind.

The Easter holiday was great in this city. Our hotel was well situated close to many shops and attractions. we enjoyed the complementary gym and a pool that had a DJ and great margaritas.

The rooftop restaurant was a let-down with their attempt at Thai food. The hygiene in the bathrooms could have been improved, as we found some hairs and an item of clothing that wasn't ours.

It is also just a 10-15 minute walk to the old Centro, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with two double beds. The gym and pool are fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the pool area with its DJ. The rooftop is amazing, with a small infinity pool where we could unwind and enjoy the beautiful view of the city. The staff here are very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hot water was plentiful, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the hotel overall had a clean and modern feel. We were also impressed with the rooftop's small infinity pool and live DJ, perfect for unwinding.

While the hotel had many great amenities, there were a few downsides. Additionally, the hotel seemed to be a bit stingy with amenities like coffee, water, and toiletries in the room.
